Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the RHSDF Norfolk continues to monitor the CDC and state of Virginia guidelines. This festival MAY NOT be able to take place due to travel constraints, social distance guidelines, and Virginia public school guidelines. Please realize that these are all fluid and transitional as the crisis continues to ebb and flow. There will be refunds for registration should plans change. NO refunds on online processing fees will be remitted. Checks will be written for refunds as needed. We will continue to update you as we obtain current information. We will look forward to welcoming you whether it be in 2021 or 2023!
Note that dance studios are not eligible to attend this festival.
